  1. Legacy Bolt for Limestone Bolting

I found the design to be very easy to use and really enjoy the sustainability aspect of being able to easily remove these bolts and replace while maintaining the same hole originally drilled. This also allows for flexibility when a mistake might be made. The bolt is a little pricey but you are paying for responsible sustainable bolting in the climbing community. Great Product.

I love these bolts. I have been bolting all around the USA for 20 years. Have always been a fan of 5 piece bolts, then glue ins but now these are my new go to. Been using all summer and they are working great in our local Sandstone and Quartzite. The threads can clog a bit easier than a standard 5 piece if you are sloppy in your hole cleaning so be sure to clean your hole as if you were placing a glue in bolt. I use the powers hand air pump and a hole brush until no dust comes out of the hole with either and as long as I clean to this tune I have 0 issues with the threads getting clogged. Great piece of innovative gear I feel should be used on all routes if you choose to not use glue in bolts.

With their ease of installation and removal, these bolts make all other bolts seem medieval. They may be a tad bit more expensive than regular five pieces but trust me, they are worth every penny.
